The History of Foundation for Children in Need
Foundation for Children in Need was founded by Dr.Geetha and Tom Chitta in 2002 in Arlington Heights, Illinois, USA.
Foundation of Children in Need (FCN) is a not-for-profit organization with 501 (C) 3 tax exempt status. FCN was established in 2002 by Dr. Geetha Yeruva and Thomas Reddy Chitta along with several friends who adopted children from India. It's because of their connection with India there grew a desire to help those in need.
Presently, FCN is sponsoring nearly 1600 children and college students and 100 elderly in the States of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. FCN also addresses various needs such as medical care, health education, women development and others.
